We conduct sessions on Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment, also known as StrengthsFinder, to help individuals and teams achieve optimal productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.

A 2-hour session includes two parts:

  • Introduction to and Exploration of Strengths
  • Applying and Investing in Strengths

This session will leave participants walking away with tangible tools to leverage their natural talents at work. This means your team will be able to foster a work environment with clearer communication, reduced interpersonal challenges, and greater overall output.

Gallup reports the following results for strengths-based teams:

  • 6X as likely to be engaged in their jobs
  • 6X as likely to strongly agree that they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day
  • 3X as likely to report having an excellent quality of life
